November 12-13, 2020

Conference Website

The FSU Real Estate Center is pleased to announce that the 26th Real Estate TRENDS Conference is scheduled for Thursday, November 12 and Friday, November 13.

The FSU Real Estate TRENDS Conference is a world-class business forum organized to highlight the emerging trends and conditions facing the real estate industry and to discuss conditions affecting national, regional and local markets. The conference consistently brings together experts from across the country with the goal of informing, challenging and inspiring its attendees.

This year’s conference committee chaired by Bridgid O’Connor, the director of real estate strategy for Publix Super Markets, Inc., is working to deliver a high-quality event virtually to a national audience.

Consistent with previous years, TRENDS will feature some of the industry’s leading executives. The sessions will discuss the outlook for 2021 following the election; conditions in the real estate debt and equity markets; new ideas, platforms and rising markets; and strategies for the future.

The “If I Were 21” preconference event for our students, which has been so successful, will be delivered virtually as a series of forums throughout the fall. We hope to be able to host a small group of invited guests (i.e., sponsors and board members) on campus, subject to conditions and university policy.

Sponsor support, especially this year, is critical to the continued success of the conference. Sponsorship opportunities and additional details for the 2020 conference are available here.
