‘If I Were 21’ session expands reach

October 1, 2020

The FSU Real Estate Center’s annual TRENDS Conference consistently hosts an impressive array of industry professionals from across the nation for its popular, student-focused “If I Were 21” (IIW21) session. Students network with these real estate experts and learn about their career paths, including how they have dealt with adversity and success, as well as how to navigate today’s market and build a career. This year, with the conference being held virtually, the center is offering IIW21 as a series of talks over the fall semester that include the same valuable information. Recent speakers have included Armando Codina, founder and executive chairman, Codina Partners in Miami, Florida, and several of the center’s executive board members. Upcoming speakers include Jodie McLean, CEO of EDENS in Washington, D.C., (Oct. 8) andMary Ludgin, senior managing director and head of Global Research, Heitman, Chicago, Illinois (Oct.22).
